An engineer by training, Sergey came into the industry through photography. Starting his career as a full-time filmmaker at FOTT, he shot fashion films and worked for Afisha, Esquire, Inrussia, GQ, and The Blueprint. Sergey's work strives for the intersection of documentary and cinematography.
More than anything, he is attracted to the possibility of exploring spaces and people, observing their inner world, and transforming feelings and emotions. He prefers young heroes, loves music, and enjoys working with artists, including Antokha MS, Monetochka, Gone.Fludd among others.
